I am just about drooling over these images!

It was the craziest weather day; the room where Alana was getting ready in was filled with windows… but, it was sooooo dark out. We didn’t believe that it wasn’t going to torrential downpour! It actually turned out to be the most beautiful fall day…. sun and all. 🙂

I’ve known Alana since about 2004, and when she contacted me to travel and shoot her wedding in DC, I was honored and touched. During the wedding day, Alana’s Mom told me that Alana insisted that they hire me, and then Tanner told me later that they choose their wedding date based on the day I was free. This completely warmed my heart!!

It is such a special experience to capture/watch a friend’s wedding day from beginning to end, from behind the scenes to in front of everyone. Alana & Tanner, thank you for allowing me to capture your day!
